Thanks so much, Donna…
You are quite welcome, Carol. I hope you and Art have a wonderful Christmas!
Please you and your family have a wonderful time, Stay safe, and be well!
What an event, what a photo Donna!
Thank you, Eddie! 😊
you’re welcome
Oh you lucky thing, you were able to see it! We missed the big event (Jupiter-Saturn) – too cloudy in Northern Europe.
Cloudy skies have done me in on many other ‘sky’ events. I was excited we had clear skies for this one! 😊
I saw that during my bike ride yesterday evening – it was an amazing sight!
It was an amazing and hopeful sight! 😊
Very nice, Donna!
Thank you, Belinda!
I kept hearing different directions, like it was near the moon but that was south. I went out looking for them but cloudy in spots. I think I saw them a couple of nights ago right out the part of my bay window facing west. Will check it tonight. Glad you got it.
Thank you, Jane. I had to use a star app to find them in the sky before sunset, I wasn’t sure how high they’d be to the horizon when at their brightest. Much higher than I thought. Hope you could see them tonight!
We had an overcast sky last night, so this was a much-appreciated look at this very rare event. Thanks so much, Donna. Fantastic photos!
Sorry to hear of your overcast sky, it’s a bummer when special sky events happen. Thank you, Jet, I am happy you enjoyed my share.
You had a wonderful look at the Conjunction and a beautiful sunset. Nice work, Donna!
Thank you very much, Deborah!
We missed seeing it as it was cloudy. Thanks for sharing Donna
Sorry to hear you had a cloudy evening, Ashley. I’ve missed a few other sky events over the years because of them. I am glad you could see mine!
Beautiful pictures, Donna. 🙂
Thank you, HJ! 😊
Beautiful atmosphere
Thank you, Harry!
I love that glowing horizon with the palms! Beautiful photo, Donna.
Thank you, Eliza! Palms are a bonus in any sunset shot! 🙂
Glad for you to spot them, it is such a rare event. We’ve had cloudy skies in the past few days..
I thought they would be lower in the horizon so I drove somewhere to have a clear shot, but they were so high in the sky, I could have stayed at the campground at shot them. 🙂
I’m glad you got shots. I couldn’t see it, here. It was too bright. We had beautiful blue skies and I could see the quarter moon but…no planets. *sigh*
I was glad we didn’t have an overcast. I am still a ‘work in progress’ with night photography, it is not easy!
I agree. My phone blurs nearly everything.
Awesome! We missed it due to cloudy skies…
Thanks, Indira! I’m so sorry you missed it…. 😦
Great pictures. We have been too cloudy to see them here.
Thanks Tom, so sorry you missed it. It was inspirational to see.
Beautiful, Donna! So glad you captured it. I was in the cloudy faction too…
Thank you, Lisa! 😊
Gorgeous shot!
Thank you, Sharon!
