Beautiful, Donna. One of the things I loved seeing when I visited the FL Gulf was the birds coming in to roost at sundown. A marvelous, timeless daily rite.

If you’re out driving, crossing the bottom of Florida on Hwy 41 Tamiami Trail from Marco Island all the way across the Everglades, left and right they would fly in by the hundreds in different areas in the evenings, criss-crossing the road above you in flight. I agree, they are marvelous to watch!
