Very nice! I can’t think of a better bird for our national bird. And to think that B. Franklin, as smart as he was, wanted the national bird to be a turkey.

These are beautiful shots Donna! They are impressive birds. I rarely see them, except Luc, the rehabbed Bald Eagle, at one of the Metroparks. I’ve never seen one up close in flight like you do.
Thank you, Linda! We have a lot more eagles during the winter; migrants come from Canada and Alaska to mingle with our year-round eagles. So I try to take as many eagle photos during the winter as I can. Well, silly me, I take them whenever I can year-round! 😅 ❤️🦅❤️
