Series: Take A Moment and Enjoy A Sunset
With all the hustle-bustle of the holiday season rushing around you, have you had a moment to stop and enjoy a sunset?

Very beautiful sunset! Thank you, Donna. 🙂
Thank you, HJ, you’re quite welcome! 🙂
I love them both! You guys are hibernating from the deep cold aye? 😎
Thanks, John! And I wish! We’ve been back home in Maryland now for a week, freezing our asses off! 😉 We’ll go back to hibernating in January. 😎
Good advice. I am so grateful for nature and its beauty and those moments.I think some changes are coming for me and think it will be for the better in the new year.
Thank you, Jane, you are indeed one who knows and loves the beauty of nature. Live your new year to the fullest!
Beautiful sunsets Donna. For the past month our sunsets have been non existent due to the heavy smoke from bushfires nearby. We can barely see the sun most days.
Oh, how sad. I feel such grief for you all with these terrible fires. I have walked in the great forests and mountains of Australia and I know how much beauty is being destroyed and how awful for all the creatures living there, and how difficult for you all in Sydney. I hope they come to an end soon.
Thank you for your empathetic comment my friend!
Ashley and his family have seen first-hand the devastations of the fires. So sad indeed!
Thank you, Ashley, I am very happy to share mine with you. When we traveled out West in the U.S. the summer of 2016, we encountered five separate ongoing fires, one kept us engulfed most the time in a light smoke at the campground. But at least we were able to move on. Sorry to hear there’s still so much smoke to endure….. 😦
Wow! These are amazing photos. I watch the sunset nearly every day, especially in autumn and winter when they are often spectacular.
Thank you Imorgana! Sunsets sooth the soul as they end our days. 🙂 And, yes, the autumn and winter ones always seem more spectacular!!
The combination of gold, pink, red and indigo blows my mind every time. 😃 My most heartfelt wishes to everyone, everywhere, affected by forest fires. The sadness of these affects us all, but especially those who are close and the delightful creatures that are losing their habitats.💝
Gorgeous captures, Donna. 😍
Thank you, Sylvia! 😊
Nice Donna! Really like the reflection image!
Thank you, Reed!
Lovely, Donna! Smell the roses and catch the sunsets😊
Yes!! Thank you, Belinda 😊
That was my birthday. 🙂
Happy belated Birthday, Tom!
Thank you.
I saw the sunrise this morning while waiting for the wood stove to fire up. Then I went back to bed! 😉
Can’t seem to get the ‘like’ button to work on the iPad, but liked the double view of your sunset very much.
Thank you, Gunta!
Lovely
Thank you, Vivek!
