Series: Take A Moment and Enjoy A Sunset

Time to enjoy another sunset!  Tonight’s was a beauty.

I headed to the Chokoloskee Island Bridge that connects Everglades City to Chokoloskee Island.  The bridge overlooks Chokoloskee Bay with the 10,000 Islands National Wildlife Refuge in the far distance.

Then a quick venture down towards the shoreline for a few dramatic captures.

  1. Beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous sunset and great photographs! I remember those sunsets in South Florida, especially out in the Florida Keys or better, in Key West where you see the sun setting on the Gulf of Mexico…Great post, All the best and my greetings from Spain,

    • Thank you, Francisco! I’ve seen Keys’ sunsets too, they are stunning! We’ll be taking a couple road trips to the Keys very soon, I’m excited to visit them again, they are vibrant and crazy fun!

  2. Beautiful Donna! There is something so special about witnessing a sunset or a sunrise and just ‘being in the moment’. Thanks for sharing!

  4. As always my friend, you are the champion of sunsets! I love sunsets in FL, because of the open spaces and flat geography. Job well done, Donna. 🙂 😮

  5. Thank you so much for all of your marvelous photos! Really loved the first two series and instead of commenting on them, just kept looking through almost all of the rest of them.  SMASHING body of work, Donna! On Tue, 21 Jan 2020 03:00:28 +0000
