  1. woo-hoo! What a fantastic sunset you have shared with us, Donna, thank you. It’s quintessentially Florida, too, with the trees right up to the water, I’m guessing mangroves, and gentle lapping waters. Also find the header photo to be equally as stunning with the exotic palm tree silhouette. Thanks for this balmy escape.

    • Thank you, Jet! Yes, mangroves. I took this at the Everglades NP Gulf Coast bulkhead and there’s a very small ‘island’ of those mangroves rising up from the water. That little island will be appearing in its entirety in another sunset post soon. I was there another day for a dark, moody sunset. 🙂
