Two Dragonflies and A Butterfly

.

I always welcome the distraction and challenge of dragonflies and butterflies catching my eye!Β  For sure, I’ve taken many more this past month, but these three are the only ones that made the cut.

      • I know how you feel. One time my wife and daughter come home and saw me out by the garage waving a badminton racket above my head while “dancing” in circles, forward and backward. They couldn’t imagine what crazy thing I was up to this time. I was try to smack the carpenter bees that were filling the rafters in my garage with pencil sized holes. πŸ™‚

    • Thank you, Brian! It BIF was all luck!! It circled around me for a couple of minutes, I took A LOT of photos, only got this one focused! Whew! The dragons were much more cooperative. πŸ˜‰

    • Thank you so much, Jane! The swallowtail just fluttered above me, circling, for a couple minutes, I didn’t give up with it, so glad I didn’t, this was the only shot worthy! πŸ™‚
